Automatic Failoverfrom $99/mo
Best for: most offices, shops, clinics & practices
A managed device sits next to your router and watches your internet around the clock. The instant your line goes down, it switches you to a cellular backup automatically, and switches back when your main line returns. Your business simply stays online.
Think of it as a spare tire for your internet: when one goes flat, the spare drops in automatically and you keep driving.
Tiers by included backup data: $99 · $149 · $199 · $249 · $299/mo (1GB → 15GB). A hard cap means no surprise bills: backup pauses at your limit unless you choose to extend.
Active-Active (Dual-Line)$199/mo
Best for: sites with two lines that want more speed + redundancy (great for schools & fast connections)
Have two internet lines? This uses both at once for more total speed, and if either line fails the other keeps you running. The ideal choice when your connections are already fast and you want to use every bit of them with full redundancy.
Like opening both checkout lanes instead of one: twice the throughput, and if one closes, the other still serves everyone.

We fuse your lines into one connection so deeply that a phone call, video meeting, or transfer keeps running even if a line fails mid-session. Nothing blinks. Includes Anchored IP (below) at no extra charge. For very high-speed connections we’ll recommend Active-Active instead. We’ll always steer you to the right fit.

Your public internet address normally changes when you fail over to backup, quietly breaking whitelists, VPNs, phone systems, and vendor logins locked to your address. Anchored IP keeps your public address exactly the same on your main line or backup, so nothing on the outside even notices the switch.
Most backups move you to a new storefront address when they kick in, so your customers and deliveries can’t find you. We keep the same address, always.
